Refund and Cancellation Policy

We believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

• We does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the us, it’ll take 6-8 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

1. No Refund on Used Products

We do not offer refunds for any products that have been used, opened, or damaged after  delivery. Refunds will only be considered for:

  •  Wrong products received

  • Defective or damaged items (reported within the return window)

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund request is only applicable if:

  1. The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  2. The refund request is made within 1 days of receiving the product.
  3.  The product is defective or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Books, stationery, or customized products (unless defective)

  • Damage caused by customer misuse
  • Delay in delivery due to courier services 

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  2. If applicable, provide clear images of the defective or incorrect item. 3. Our team will review your request and respond within [X] business days.

Upon approval, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • Online Payment Orders: Refunded to the original payment method within 6 to 8  working days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank  transfer or store credit
  • Shipping Charges: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Cancellation & Order Changes

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • If an order is already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
